Asphalt patching/ repairs occurring along select roadways in Sea Pines

A contractor has begun making asphalt repairs along select roadways in Sea Pines. This work is being handled in 3 phases.

Tentative work schedule, weather permitting

Phase 1

Bateau and Pine Island Road

Start date- Thursday August 10th

Completion date-Friday August 18th

Phase 2

Governors Lane and Calibogue Cay

Start date – Friday August 18th

Completion date – Friday September 1st

Phase 3

Otter Road

Start date – Friday September 1st

Completion date – Thursday September 8th

Additional road repairs in select smaller locations will executed,
August 10 – August 31st.

During the work timeline, the contractor will be on site performing work during daytime hours and if asked that contractor will be able to provide proper identification. Traffic flagmen may be present during the work. Delays may occur; please use caution when traveling in these areas.
