Dear Sea Pines Property Owner,

Last Thursday, July 12, 2018, I wrote to you with news that on July 5, 2018 the Sea Pines Community Services Associates (CSA) Board of Directors passed a resolution to enter into an agreement to increase the Sea Pines daily visitor gate fee from $6 to $8 effective August 1, 2018.

Over the past week, CSA has received many questions regarding the new Sea Pines gate agreement. We are currently working to compile information regarding this agreement and will send it out tomorrow, Friday July 20.
