Thank you to all property owners that have remitted their 2021 Annual Assessments on time. Please note that if you have not remitted payment by January 11, 2021, you are subject to late fees as well as finance charges on your outstanding balance. Payment plans are no longer available. If you have any questions or need additional information please contact Tracey McNeill at Traceym@csaseapines.com

When paying your assessment please note, that due to COVID-19, the CSA Administration Office remains open by appointment only. You may drop off a check with our receptionist, but we are unable to accept credit card payments in person. Due to the high volume of calls, the most expeditious way to pay your bill is to send a check to the lockbox address (CSA, INC. P O BOX 628207 ORLANDO, FL 32862-8207) or the CSA office (175 Greenwood Drive, HHI, SC 29928), or use the online portal to pay with a credit, debit card or e-check. For more information on how to pay please click here.
