Stormwater Repairs and Maintenance
  • Line jetting in proximity to South Beach Lane will continue through mid-February, weather permitting.
  • Stormwater ditch maintenance on Heritage Road will begin the week of February 14th, weather permitting. Intermittent lane closures may be implemented to complete this work. Traffic control will be in place, as needed.
  • Stormwater repairs will begin at Beachwalk #26 (near Snowy Egret Road and Surf Scoter Road) next week. The beachwalk will remain open, but we ask that pedestrians use caution while in the area.

Sea Pines CSA Staff Conduct Clean-Up Along Greenwood Drive
  • Earlier this week a Commerical Concrete Truck spilled a substantial amount of concrete along approximately a quarter-mile of the inbound lane on Greenwood Drive near trolley lot #1.
  • Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Crews are pictured here removing the concrete along the roadway. This removal work is expected to take 1-2 additional days to complete.
  • Flagman and signage are in place and drivers are asked to use caution in the work zone.
Beachwalk Tree Trimming

  • Annual tree trimming along Sea Pines CSA-managed Beachwalks (from #11-#47), is in progress and will continue through the spring.
  • Beachwalks will remain open, but we ask that pedestrians use extreme caution and pay attention to flagmen on-site.
