• Major stormwater drainage work is in progress.
• Leisure trail construction in progress. For safety, cyclists are required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

Your mailbox doesn’t need to remain faded and weathered! For a nominal fee, our Maintenance Department will replace your old mailbox with a freshly painted new one. To submit a request, simply visit our online form at seapinesliving.com/mailbox. Once submitted, our Maintenance Staff will be in touch via email with the cost and a timeline for installation.

Stormwater Repair: Stormwater drainage pipe maintenance at the intersection of Stoney Creek Road and Lighthouse Road (pictured) is in progress and will continue into next week. Once complete, repairs will begin on a drainage pipe near 28 Surf Scoter Road.

Seasonal Mosquito Control Program: Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, September 23rd, during overnight hours. For more information on this service please click here.

FALL INTO ART: The 3rd show of 2024 by the Artists of Sea Pines celebrates its debut with a welcome reception on Thursday, September 26, 4:30-6:30pm at the Sea Pines Community Center. The welcome reception is free and open to the public.
