Motorized vehicles – including electric and pedal-assist bikes and scooters – are prohibited in Sea Pines.

Exceptions include power-driven mobility devices that are permitted for ADA use and for Sea Pines Property Owners who have been granted medical and health exemptions by Sea Pines CSA.
