Sea Pines CSA Administration, Community Center, Maintenance Office and Sea Pines ARB Office Holiday Hours

• Closing at Noon on Thursday, December 22nd
• Closed: Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th
• Closing at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 30th
• Closed on Monday, January 2nd

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the following days: Thanksgiving Day, The Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

This restriction does not apply to pool companies, housekeeping, and deliveries to commercial entities. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security Dispatch at 843.671.7170.
