- Exterior building materials (e.g., siding, bricks, decks, porches, railings, windows, fascia/trim boards, roofs), property barriers (e.g., fencing, privacy walls), and hardscapes (e.g., walkways, driveways) shall be kept in good repair.
- Cleaning is required to remove notable visible buildup of surface contaminants (e.g., dirt, mold, mildew, moss, rust).
- Replacement or repair is required when damage or deterioration occurs.
