Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Meeting Reminder

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 10:00 AM and will be live-streamed via YouTube at seapinesliving.com/live. Critical Infrastructure Improvement Projects

Major stormwater drainage construction is in progress along South Sea Pines Drive and Lighthouse Lane. Project work zones will include the below roadways:

Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Lighthouse Lane from Lighthouse Road to Mizzenmast Lane.

2024 Sea Pines CSA Rental Registration Fee Payment Reminder

This week, Rental Registration Fee Statements were sent to property owners who had an outstanding balance on their account. These statements were sent to the primary email address on record from the following email address: csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com. In the case of property owners who do not have an email address on file, the statements were mailed via USPS.

How to Update Your Contact Information Online

Please ensure we have your current contact information on file by October 1, 2024, the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Election date of record, so you don’t miss any upcoming communications.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Stormwater Maintenance:

  • Ditch resloping near 179 and 167 Club Course Drive (pictured) is in progress and will continue through next week.
  • Stormwater drainage pipe maintenance at the intersection of Stoney Creek Road and Lighthouse Road and at the corner of Red Maple Road and Greenwood Drive is in progress and will continue through next week.

Tree Care Management: Leisure trail tree trimming along North Sea Pines Drive, starting at the Ocean Gate and working towards Lighthouse Road is in progress and will continue through next week.

Community Shredding Event

Community Shredding Event: Monday, September 30, 2024, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Sea Pines Center Parking Lot at 71 Lighthouse Road. This event is open to all property owners on a first come, first-serve basis. Please review the following:

  • For safety, everyone needs to remain in their vehicles. Do not walk materials to the truck. There will be cones and signs set up for cars to follow to the truck.
  • Please pull up your vehicle in line to the truck and bins. CSA staff and/or attendant will move the materials for shredding into the bins.
  • Please be prepared with your documents ahead of time. Staples and paper clips may remain on your documents; the documents must be removed from binders.
  • Commercial quantities are prohibited.
Around The Community

Explore Your Forest Preserve: Beginner Bird Walk; Friday, September 20 from 8:00-10:00 AM: Join Master Naturalists Mary Ellen Blankenship and Jack Coleman for a two-hour walk through the Forest Preserve to see, hear, and learn about some of the birds who call this amazing habitat their home. This event is free, but you must register HERE for a ticket. There is a limit of 24 people per bird walk.

FALL INTO ART: The 3rd show of 2024 by the Artists of Sea Pines celebrates its debut with a welcome reception on Thursday, September 26, 4:30-6:30pm at the Sea Pines Community Center. The welcome reception is free and open to the public.
