A message from your Governance Committee Chairman, Michael Tucker Dated 9/20/19

Dear fellow property owners,

Over the past few months, questions have been raised about how your Sea Pines Community is governed. Questions have been raised about policies, procedures and plans, all of which are valid issues for you to know about going forward.

As we approach another round of board elections we want you to know your CSA Board is looking at various ways in which we can improve our means for communicating our messaging to you while, at the same time, increasing your trust in us.

Therefore, I want to personally invite you to a CSA Town Hall Meeting Hosted by the CSA Governance Committee.

On October 2^nd at 3:30 p.m. at the Sea Pines Community Center, the CSA Governance Committee will be making a presentation about CSA Governance issues and asking for your input as to what areas of governance you feel we need to be reviewing.

We picked this time and date because our once a year night version of the monthly Community Coffee will be at 5:30 p.m. following our Governance Town Hall Meeting. CSA will be providing snacks and refreshments between sessions.

We are limited as to our seating for this event, so please come early to assure your admission as seating will be first come, first serve.
