The Sea Pines Country Club is asking all Sea Pines residents who live on the Club Course to fly your American flag on Friday, September 10th, so that it is visible from the golf course.

On that day, SPCC will join hundreds of Clubs across the US to participate in the sixth annual National Day of Golf to honor and remember the service of the of those men and women who have given so freely of the their lives to protect our great nation. The Club will host a tournament including 60 active duty service personnel from the Beaufort Marine Air Station and The Parris Island Training Depot. |

Check out this smart phone video taken Aug. 9 at the Sea Pines Beach Club beach: Yertle the Turtle finding his way out to sea. It illustrates just how difficult it is for new-born baby sea turtles and just how determined they are. (Happy note: this little guy made it!)

A fishing group has been formed in Sea Pines. Open to property owners, their family members and employees, this group will keep up on the fishing conditions in Sea Pines, work closely with the Forest Preserve Committee to assist with projects designed to enhance and improve the fish habitat in the Forest Preserve and create a great opportunity to tell "fish stories".
