Enjoy Sea Pines' 5 Miles of Pristine Beaches

Beach Access

Access Paths

Sea Pines has beach access paths about every tenth of a mile for residents and guests who choose to walk or bike to the beach.

The Sea Pines Beach Club, 87 N. Sea Pines Dr.

The Beach Club is a lively gathering place for sand and water activities.   It offers many amenities such as restrooms, food service, a bar, picnic tables, showers, entertainment and activities for children (seasonal).  Limited parking is available and is restricted to residents, guests and vacationers at the Sea Pines Resort. The Sea Pines trolley also provides transportation to the Beach Club from the Greenwood Drive parking lot, Harbour Town and other locations during the summer

The Tower Beach Club

Tower Beach is located underneath the big blue water tower at the southern tip of Sea Pines.  The Tower Beach Club is designated for the exclusive use of property owners, and parking is restricted to cars with owners' decals only. The facility offers outdoor grills, picnic tables and a shaded pavilion. Restrooms, water fountains and an outdoor foot shower are available.

Biking on the Beach

The sand below the mid tide line is usually hard packed enough to support a bicycle with wide tires, and biking on the beach at or near low tide is a popular pastime (be warned that hitting a patch of soft sand will bring you to a very sudden stop). Beach bikers have learned to check the wind direction before heading out - riding into the wind is like riding uphill, and vice versa.  (Click here for Hilton Head Tide Chart.)
